Bid Documents will be available to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable amount of Php5,000.00 per set to the COWD Cashier. The Cagayan de Oro City Water District assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
