COWD is equipped with a Regional Training Center (RTC) located at the third floor of its administration building at Corrales Avenue . It is headed by its Regional Training Director, Orlando O. Romero, who at the same time is the Manager of the Administrative Deaprtment. He is ably assisted by Ms. Rhedia Martinietta S. Salcedo, Human Resource Department Manager and Ms. Ladele A. Sagrado. As a training center, seminars and workshops for its own employees as well as for water district employees nationwide, are being conducted to promote manpower development. This is to ensure competency in their respective work and efficiency in their respective work and efficiency in the performance of their roles as public servants.
