Disconnection notices will be sent to concessionaires with two months delinquent or unpaid accounts. Actual disconnection will take place 48 hours after the receipt of the disconnection notice.
The disconnected line will be reconnected if the concessionaire will settle all his/her unpaid accounts and pay the reconnection fee of P300.00.
In accordance with the COWD Board Resolution No. 002, S-06 dated January 4, 2006, approved to establish a new policy that after 1 month from disconnection of water service and no application for reconnection nor payment has been made, the disconnected service line shall be fixed-cut to prevent illegal tapping. By the time the owner of the disconnected line shall apply for reconnection, the same shall be treated as a new connection and he shall undergo seminar.
