Vision
To satisfy the growing water needs of the city and neighboring communities and municipalities, the Cagayan de Oro City Water District aims to expand as an organization and widen its area of responsibility. It envisions adequate, safe and potable water supply for its customers, who will be served by a competent and efficient COWD workforce. Lastly, it anticipates best service in all parts of its coverage area.
