The Bulk Water Supply Project is a supply agreement between COWD and the contractor. COWD shall purchase treated water from the contractor at 50,000 cumpd. Beginning January 01, 2007. Raw water shall come from the Cagayan de Oro River or its tributaries.
In tandem with this Bulk Water Supply Project (BWSP), is COWD's Lateral Improvement Project. We have started to lay out mainline pipes of 300mm Æ -800 Æ a long Masterson Avenue to accommodate the Bulk water supply by 2007.
